realtor.com® International: Expanding Your Global Reach

What if I told you there was a tool that could help your listings get viewed dozens or perhaps even hundreds of times by potential buyers in countries all over the world — in their own native language? What if I told you this tool exists, and you’re probably using it right now at no cost to you?

As you may have guessed from the headline of this post, I’m referring to realtor.com® International. Part of the realtor.com® family of sites, this online destination helps international visitors — approximately 1 million of them per month — easily find your U.S. for-sale and rental listings on the Web. This site also features translation services in 11 languages, as well as currency- and measurement-conversion tools.

From time to time, we release findings on which U.S. markets are most-searched on realtor.com® International. While some of the top markets are predictable (Los Angeles and Miami, for example), others (such as Detroit and Atlanta) are perhaps more unexpected. Here’s a look at some of the most-searched U.S. metro areas by country of origin during June 2013 — take a look and see if your area is getting interest from another part of the world.
